In this attractive two-storey design set in lush gardens, the front door opens to the hallway, with the master bedroom and its en suite bathroom to one side and a further double bedroom to the other. The hallway then leads to leads to the large open-plan dining and living area (41 m2), with its double-height, vaulted timber ceiling and gallery above. The kitchen area is approached through an archway leading from the dining area. Both living area and kitchen have double patio doors leading to a south-facing terrace covered by a timber pergola and to the large, private, heated pool with its electrically operated pool cover. The rear gardens surrounding the pool are fenced and gated for family security. Stairs lead from the hallway to the upper level accommodation comprising two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms, plus a gallery (16 m2) overlooking the living area. The gallery and one of the bedrooms lead to a large roof terrace (19 m2), while the other bedroom has its own small south-facing roof terrace.
The villa is located in the resort community of AlmaVerde at the gateway to the vast and relatively undiscovered Costa Vicentina Natural Park, with its rugged coastline and golden beaches. This peaceful, rustic setting is still only 10 km from the marina, colourful markets and vibrant nightlife of cosmopolitan Lagos.

The ground floor and pool terrace are all on one level. Bedrooms 3 and 4, as well as the gallery and roof terraces, are on an upper level and are accessed from the hallway via a timber staircase.
