This spacious, detached villa enjoys a tranquil position overlooking rustic lands to both the side and rear. The villa is set in beautiful Mediterranean gardens, with a large heated outdoor pool. It features a dramatic double-height entrance hall with stairs leading to a private roof terrace. The luxuriously furnished open plan living area includes ample sofas and a gas log fire. Patio doors lead from the living and kitchen areas to the large pool terrace and garden, ideal for al fresco dining. Accommodation includes four double bedrooms, two with en suite facilities, together with a third shower room for bedrooms 3 and 4. The twin beds in bedrooms 3 and 4 can be zipped together to provide super king size beds. This is a delightful villa for a relaxing holiday.

The villa, pool and main terraces are all on ground level and fully accessible for wheelchair access. Access to the roof terrace is via an open-tread timber stairway.

We could not fault the cleanliness of the villa. The pool is excellent. The location of AlmaVerde complex is beautiful. It is so quiet and relaxing. It is also convenient to use as a base for beaches and restaurants. Villa 112 is not too overlooked and has stunning views. On our last visit (in November) the heating was on and it made it extremely cosy in the evenings! We like the eco-friendly side of things.”
