Welcome pack was great and lovely to have (October) heating pre-arranged. Key system on late arrival worked well. 

The garden was beautifully maintained and offered real privacy. Really appreciated the baby/toddler friendliness of the villa. Used the pool every day. Children loved all the flotation toys and equipment. We requested an extra pool clean and they came five minutes later. Great! The playground was great for one year olds and up.”
