This two-storey semi-detached design features a double-height entrance hall with stairs leading up to a balustraded walkway and balcony. The walkway continues to the spacious south-facing master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and to the second bedroom with en suite shower room. Patio doors lead out from the master bedroom to an upper terrace. On one side of the entrance hall at ground level is situated the open-plan kitchen and dining area, while on the other side is an additional bedroom and shower room, together with the main south-facing living area. Double doors lead from the living area to a sheltered lower terrace. The terrace may optionally be provided with an in-ground whirlpool or small pool.
