Madrugada II w/basement

In this variant of the Madrugada design, the hallway leads to the open plan dining and kitchen areas and through an arch to the spacious (30.4 m2) living room. Patio doors open from the living and dining areas to the pool terrace and garden. Also situated on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a cloakroom and a further room for use as study or additional bedroom. Stairs lead up to a landing with access to a covered terrace, and to two double bedrooms and two further bath/shower rooms. These bedrooms open directly onto a large (37.9 m2) roof terrace. Stairs also lead from the hallway to the open-plan basement area (68 m2 net usable), which is also accessed by an external stairway.
