In this two-storey design, the front door opens to the hallway with, to one side, a study or occasional fourth bedroom and, to the other, a ground floor double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A door at the end of the hallway leads to the large open-plan dining and living area (41 m2), with its dramatic vaulted timber ceiling. The kitchen area (15 m2) is approached through an archway leading from the dining area. Both living area and kitchen have double patio doors leading to covered terraces and the pool. Stairs lead from the hallway to the upper level accommodation comprising two double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms, plus a gallery (16 m2) overlooking the living area. The gallery and one of the bedrooms both lead to a roof terrace (19 m2), while the other bedroom has its own small south-facing roof terrace.
