This single-storey design features an upper level gallery leading out onto a large roof terrace. The gallery is well provided with natural light and is ideal for a small home office. Access to the gallery is by means of a stairway from the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which can be sub-divided in various ways. Two of the three bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, with the added availability of a shared bathroom. Double doors lead from the living area, the master and second bedrooms onto the landscaped outside terrace. The terrace may optionally be provided with an in-ground whirlpool or pool, the size of which will be related to the size of the plot.
