A keynote of this design is the dramatic double-height entrance hall, with stairway leading to the large roof terrace. The L-shaped open-plan reception area has distinct living and dining spaces, with the option of making the kitchen a separate room. Accessed from the living area, the study or family room can also be used as an occasional bedroom. The two principal bedrooms both have their own en-suite facilities, while the third double bedroom is next to the shared shower room. Patio doors lead from the living area to the outside terrace, pool and garden areas.
