Our Total Wellness Programs offer you a complete health and restoration holiday experience during which we will take care of you for the greater part of your stay with us. Programs can last from one day to two weeks or more. Your days have timetabled sessions and activities, offering you a packaged selection of individual sessions that you can schedule either in advance or when you arrive.
