Meditation & Breathing Techniques

These techniques help to build the very foundation of good health, vitality and truly deep rest, with attendant relaxation and stress release. You learn the techniques of Pranayama (control of your breath) and Chi kung in both lying and sitting positions, with the practitioner using a Zen approach to still the busy and restless mind.

These sessions can be effectively combined with the AlmaVerde AlphaLounger to develop the skills of releasing body tension, slowing the brain down to an alpha wave state and increasing neuro-synaptic receptivity.
