Madrugada II

This variant of the Madrugada design has a specially enlarged roof terrace (37.9 m²), to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. The hallway leads to the open plan dining and kitchen areas and through an arch to the spacious (30.4 m²) living room. Patio doors open from the living and dining areas to the pool terrace and garden. Also situated on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a cloakroom and a further room for use as study or additional bedroom. A stairway leads to the upper landing with access to a covered terrace, and to two double bedrooms and two further bath/shower rooms. These bedrooms open directly onto the large roof terrace.
