Sol Nascente

This magnificent design features a porticoed entrance, with double doors to a vestibule with cloaks, opening into the expansive open-plan living room (110 m2), with a vaulted timber ceiling in the form of a triple octagon. 

The two main bedroom suites are accessed directly, one to each side of the main living area. Also off the living area is a library leading to a third bedroom suite.  A covered walkway from the living area leads to two further bedrooms. 

To the other side of the central living area is a corridor leading to the eat-in kitchen and utility. The design can include a summer house under the same timbered roofline, accessed via a covered walkway from the  utility. 

The design can be built with a lower level accessed via a stairway from this corridor.
